suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for battery storage systems and renewable assets.
Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewables on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while minimizing risks.

We’re a team of 45 people, combining a warm, supportive team culture with true startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we’re investing in expanding our team – and we’re excited to strengthen our team with new talent and continue growing together.

Your mission

You keep our office organized, welcoming, and ready for growth: from maintaining common areas and supplies to coordinating vendors and ensuring our workspace always feels professional.
You are the central point of contact for guests, partners, and the team - ensuring a great first impression, smooth communication, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
You make sure meeting rooms and equipment are ready; everything is set up, charged, and working. For technical issues, you handle the basics and bring in support when needed.
You plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and company gatherings, and handle travel arrangements and logistics: no detail escapes your attention.
You support onboarding and employee experience, manage benefits, and help with HR admin, so new and existing team members feel at home and processes run seamlessly.
You spot what needs doing, bring structure to chaos, and proactively improve how we work together - always with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

Your profile

Experience in office management, front office, hospitality, or a similar organizational role in a fast-growing or dynamic company
You thrive in changing environments and have supported teams through phases of growth, restructuring, or office moves
Excellent communication skills in both German and English; you are approachable, service-minded, and can communicate clearly and kindly, even when priorities shift or obstacles arise
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail - you keep track of everything, even when things get busy or priorities change
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a high level of ownership - you see what needs doing and get it done
A true team player with a community spirit - connecting and supporting people comes naturally to you
You are tech-savvy, confident using various tools (e.g., Notion, Moss, Hubspot), and curious to explore and master new ones
